1. Introductory Provisions

The online platform livio.health (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is a unique online platform designed for all visitors who are actively interested in improving their health and seeking in-depth professional information about their diagnosis, treatment options, lifestyle improvement tips, recommended supplements, and the latest scientific research related to their diagnosed condition.

The purpose of providing content on the Platform is to educate visitors about health issues, enabling them to acquire additional information and, as a result, engage as informed patients and equal partners in setting or adjusting their treatment. With this knowledge, patients will be able to provide their doctors with information that they would not have otherwise provided or would have provided insufficiently.

While the content accessible to visitors is prepared by experts based on the latest scientific findings in each specific diagnosis, it is for informational purposes only. Every visitor is required to consult the acquired information with their healthcare provider and follow their instructions. The content provided on the Platform does not in any way replace a doctor's visit, establish a diagnosis or treatment, nor does it encourage self-diagnosis, treatment, or its modification.

The information provided on the Platform and/or through the newsletter is not part of any type of healthcare and is intended for consultation with a healthcare provider or other medical professional.

The current functionalities of the Platform are presented directly on the Platform. These currently include the option to fill out a short anonymous questionnaire, based on which relevant content related to the visitor's diagnosis will be displayed.

Visitors also have the option to subscribe to a newsletter, which will deliver information about the Platform's content directly to their email.

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "T&C") govern the mutual rights and obligations related to the use of the Platform between:

a) the Platform operator as the provider of information society services, i.e., electronic services at a distance (hereinafter referred to as the "Provider"); and

b) the Platform visitor who is interested in the content of the Platform and in using its functionalities ("Visitor").

If the Visitor is interested in receiving content related to their specific diagnosis, they have the option to fill out a brief anonymous questionnaire on the Platform. Based on this, they will have access to customized content generated using the information they provided in the questionnaire.

The customized content based on the questionnaire will be displayed to the Visitor on the Platform during subsequent visits, provided they have not deleted the stored cookies from their web browser. If the Visitor accidentally provides any personal data to the Provider, they acknowledge that such data will be immediately deleted from the Platform's database.

If the Visitor deletes the stored cookies in their web browser, or if they expire, the Visitor may be asked to fill out the questionnaire again to continue receiving customized content.

All functionalities on the Platform are provided as-is. Visitors do not have a legal right to use any of the Provider's free services, and the Provider bears no responsibility for their non-provision, cancellation, or restriction of their availability.

The content provided to the Visitor on the Platform or through the newsletter may only be used for the Visitor's own information and subsequent consultation with their healthcare provider, with the source of this information and relevant sections of the Platform's content being provided during this consultation.

The Visitor acknowledges that the Platform, including its user interface, content, databases, source code, functions, graphical displays, texts, logos, designs, and trademarks, constitutes protected information and materials, the owner or authorized right-holder of which is the Provider.

The intangible assets listed in 4.1 are protected by applicable legal regulations, particularly those governing intellectual or industrial property rights, trade secrets, and unfair competition, as determined by these regulations.

The Visitor agrees to use the Platform and its elements (hereinafter "Protected Assets") only to the extent necessary for the proper use of the functionalities under the conditions outlined in these T&C.

The Provider grants the Visitor a non-exclusive, free license to use the Protected Assets for the purposes outlined in these T&C, particularly in 4.4, for the duration of the functionalities' usage on the Platform. Any other use is a violation of these T&C.
