Who is this notice intended for?

If you are a person actively caring for improving your health condition and are over 16 years old, you are in the right place on our platform.

Why and for how long do we process your data?

A) FREE use of the platform

On our Web platform, you can find specific professional content related to your health condition. This content can be tailored specifically for you if you choose to fill out a short questionnaire about your preferences.

When completing the questionnaire or customizing the content, we do not obtain any personal data, nor do we create a registered account for you. We tailor the content anonymously based on the information stored via cookies after you fill out the questionnaire, should you choose to do so.

The customized content based on cookies lasts only for the necessary duration, and for no longer than 60 days after completing the questionnaire to customize the displayed content on the Web platform.

On the platform, you also have access to other interesting features. The current offering is published on the platform.

Processing your data for customizing the displayed content, even in an anonymous form, is essential for providing the service you have shown interest in on our Web platform, i.e., for concluding and fulfilling the service agreement. Without this data, it is impossible to conclude and fulfill the contract, regardless of the fact that the service provision agreement is free of charge. The contract is concluded for a definite period and terminates with the deletion of cookies that enable its fulfillment (display of customized content).

B) NEWSLETTER

When you register your email address to subscribe to our newsletter, you give us consent to send you interesting and useful professional content, various news from scientific research and treatment, or lifestyle improvement tips for specific diagnoses, recommendations, and information about specialized centers, etc., which may also come from our partners. The content of the newsletter can be tailored to the topic of a specific diagnosis if the Web platform's functionality allows it and if you express interest in it.

We may also use your email address for communication related to our Web platform and its functionalities (e.g., changes in terms and conditions, adding new functionalities, etc.).

The legal basis for processing is your consent.

Processing duration: We process your email address for the newsletter until you unsubscribe by clicking on the link provided in each of our emails or by withdrawing your consent by emailing us.

Your email address is not in any way paired with your responses to the questionnaire used to customize the content according to point A) above.

C) OTHER PURPOSES

Statistical Processing

Some of the data you provide (mainly anonymously in the questionnaire for customizing content on the Web platform) may be used in strictly anonymized mode for statistical processing to determine the interests and preferences of our users, and then improve the functionalities of the Web platform and its content accordingly.

In addition to customizing content as per point A) above, we also use cookies to ensure other technical functionalities of our Web platform. Since the Web platform would not function correctly without these cookies, their use is necessary, and no user consent is required by law.

None of the collected data is sent to third countries, i.e., outside the European Economic Area (which includes the European Union, Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland), and we do not perform any automated decision-making or profiling.

How long do we process your personal data?

We process personal data only for the necessary period. This period varies depending on the purpose for which the personal data is processed. We regularly review the duration of processing, and if we find that processing personal data is no longer necessary and not required by law, we will delete it before the originally set period expires.
